Booking and payment

Sending a booking request does not reserve your seat on its own. We reply to confirm availability and share payment details with you directly. Your seat is held once payment is received.

Refunds and transfers

Workshop sessions are non refundable once paid, but they are transferable. You can pass your seat to someone else, or move to another date where a seat is available. If we reschedule a session and you are unable to attend the new date or prefer not to transfer, we provide a full refund.

Assessments are non refundable once the questionnaire has been issued to you. If you have paid but not yet started, tell us and we will refund you.

What our services are

Our assessments and workshops are development and skill building services. They are not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care. If you are dealing with a deeper or ongoing struggle, we encourage you to seek professional support as well.
