We are SEATLY. We help individuals understand themselves better and build the soft skills that carry them through work and life.
The name
SEATLY is about booking your seat. Taking a place in a room where you get to look at yourself clearly, ask the questions you have been carrying, and leave with something you can use. A seat is a small commitment with a real effect: you show up, you pay attention, and something shifts.
What we believe
Self awareness is a skill, not a personality trait. It can be learned, practised and sharpened. Most people have never been given an accurate picture of how they are wired, only opinions, feedback delivered badly, and their own guesswork. Given a clear picture, people make better decisions almost immediately.
How we work
We use validated tools, then we sit down and talk about what they actually mean for you. No jargon, no judgment, no vague labels. We are direct about strengths and just as direct about the areas that need work, and we always finish with a practical plan.
We work with individuals first. We also work with organisations who want the same depth for their people, whether that is development, selection, or helping a team understand how it actually functions.
Where we are
Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Everything we do is available online, wherever you are, including here in the UAE. If you would rather meet in person, we do that across the Middle East.
