Assessments

A clear picture of how you are wired

HUCAMA psychometric assessments with a one to one feedback session, so the results turn into something you can use.

The basics

What is a psychometric assessment?

A psychometric assessment is a scientifically validated way of measuring the parts of you that do not show up on paper: how you think, how you connect with people, what drives you, how you handle pressure and change, and where your natural strengths sit.

It is not a test you pass or fail, and it is not an online personality quiz. It is a structured, research backed profile of your traits, motivators and behavioural style. Because those traits do not switch off when you leave the office, the profile describes you as a whole person.

Where it helps

What it is needed for

The professional points are what the report speaks to directly. The personal points are what we explore together in your session.

  • Career direction. Choosing a path that fits your natural wiring, or checking whether the one you are in still does.
  • Interviews and job hunting. Describing your strengths with real, evidence based language instead of clichés.
  • Promotion and leadership readiness. Knowing what you already bring, and what to build before the next step.
  • Workplace relationships. Understanding your style within a team, and why certain colleagues or managers are harder for you.
  • Performance. Seeing which tasks come naturally and which will always cost you more effort, then planning around that.
  • Pressure and burnout. Recognising the conditions under which you thrive, versus the ones that quietly wear you down.

The outcome

What you walk away with

  1. 01

    Your assessment report

A full profile of your personality factors, strengths and behavioural style.

  2. 02

A one to one feedback session

The part that matters most. The report on its own is data, the session is where it becomes useful. Together we go through:

    • What the results actually mean.
    • Your unique strengths, and how to use them deliberately at work and in your personal life.
    • The areas that need development, discussed honestly and without judgment.
    • How all of this connects to where you are now and where you want to go.
  3. 03

A personal growth plan, where it is needed

Clear, practical steps: what to work on, how, and what better will look like for you.

You leave with a real understanding of yourself, confidence in what you bring, and a concrete plan for what comes next, in your career and in your life.

What changes between the levels

All three use the same HUCAMA framework and measure the same eight personality factors. What changes is the number of facets measured underneath them, and therefore how much depth your report and feedback session go into. Every level is a full, validated assessment producing a personal report. The higher levels resolve more detail, which is why they are matched to more complex roles and decisions.

Languages

Available in multiple languages, including English, German, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, French, Spanish, Romanian and Chinese (Simplified).
