Privacy note

When you send a booking request, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your country or city, what you would like to book, your preferred timing and format, and anything you write in the message box. We use that information to reply to you, confirm your seat, and arrange payment.

If you complete an assessment, your responses and your report are handled confidentially and discussed with you in your feedback session. We do not share your report with anyone else without your agreement, unless the assessment was arranged by an organisation and you were told at the outset who would receive it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. We keep booking records only for as long as we need them to run our services and meet our record keeping obligations.

If you would like a copy of what we hold about you, or you would like it deleted, send us a note through the booking form and we will take care of it.
